"This IHOP was a good as any I've been to. The host was fairly quick to seat our party. The waitress was there right away to get our drinks started. We asked for a pitcher of water and it was brought right away. Lots of breakfast choices on the menu and after we ordered, it came fairly quickly. The restaurant was clean, modern and spacious. We were seated by the kitchen so we saw a large amount of staff. There wasn't a lot of smiling happening there by any of the employees-maybe because it was morning? Per usual, the food was decently priced and tasted good with beautiful presentation on the plate."
